Compass
Who is this for? Leaders at a crossroads asking themselves “how can I challenge myself without burning out?” or “is this really what I want to spend my time at work doing? How do I know?”
What you’ll get out of it? A clear sense of purpose, including where you “glow” and have space to “grow”. The program will give you a leadership “compass” to ensure you’re equipped to make life and career decisions with clarity on what you are optimizing for.

- Guided interviews to identify key energizers, drainers, strengths, and areas of growth.
- Depending on the Leader, assessments such as Hogan, DiSC, StrengthsFinder will be used to pair with the Leadership Guide.
Action Plan
- Using the Leadership Guide, we’ll develop strategies and “atomic habits” to realize your purpose.
- We’ll deevlop goal setting and prioritization techniques.

Tune Up
Who is this for? For leaders who have worked with Anbara before, looking for situational coaching. Or new clients with a clear and short-term goal.
